At Ordervape, we aim to provide authentic, high-quality, TPD-approved vaping products and excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Returns Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Opened Vape Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened vaping products cannot be returned, except in the following cases:

  • The product is faulty

  • The product is damaged or leaking before use

  • You received an incorrect item

If this applies, please contact us before using the product so we can assess the issue.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Leaking prior to use

  • Incorrect

You must contact us as soon as possible, providing:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Once your return is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label

  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Ordervape provides the return shipping label for approved returns

  • Returned items must be sent using the provided instructions

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened or used vape products

  • Disposable vapes that have been used

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

This policy helps us comply with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to order a different product:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds are typically completed within 10 business days, but your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.
